Some days just work out differently than you could imagine. And as long as I don’t have a migraine attack or major deadline, that’s okay with me.
First of all my hubby had to go see his uncle who lives in another part of the Netherlands. And even though the Netherlands is relatively small, it ate away his whole afternoon. So I was sitting at home alone when Kuchi -our cat- came to take over my desk so I would let him sit on my lap. Which, believe me, is not the best postion to work in. Especially since he grew up to be HUGE. Not long afterwards the window-cleaner showed up. He and his colleague stared at the glass back doors wondering how it could become this dirty. I had to smile inside, cause little did they know. Kuchi has taught himself to “knock” on the door with his dirty paws when he’s outside. He still doesn’t know how to miaow properly and this is his ticket back in.
Later that day my brother in law decided to join us for dinner. So whe went to our local Sushi take-away and had a nice meal, while watching a documentary about time. I still don’t understand exactly what the theory of relativity is about, but now I do know how an atomic clock works. Just Google it, you don’t want me to explain it to you… 
Now on to the most interesting part, we always “force” visitors to play Buzz -a Playstation quiz game- with us. And I won the second time, joy! I also won Abba Singstar, which is nice because I can’t stand losing Singstar, sad isn’t it?

And Kuchi can be weird too, he kept rubbing his head against my brother in law, untill he was covered in hair… Embarrassing, but I think it’s his way to mark his territory a.k.a. couch.

I used to LOVE Singstar and Buzz, they are so much fun, lol. I sucked at Buzz though, but I wasn’t… TOO bad at Singstar, haha. I don’t like losing on it either. It can sometimes be just a tiny bit humiliating.
Btw, your cat is adorable!
I love that kitty. He looks like our twins that died several years ago. (They got hit two days apart. :() How many cats do you have? I’m so used to seeing pictures of them from your little Flickr images on the sidebar I’m not for sure how many there are anymore!

My cat Magee knocks on windows and doors too because he can’t meow like your Kuchi! I wonder why they have so much trouble meowing? Are they mute maybe? The only sound I have ever heard from my Magee is a little squeek.
Hi Lissy, thank you! Maybe Magee didn’t learn how to meow? Kuchi never knew how to do it, untill he noticed our old cat Mickey doing it almost constantly (yes, he could be quite a nuisance
). Kuchi actually only meows when he sees another cat outside or as a greeting towards us. Oh and he does it when he’s scared, but that sounds very loud and sad. I’m very glad that he isn’t meowing for food ^_^
